This Environmental Impact Report analyzes both programmatic city actions, such as adopting a General Plan Amendment, new zoning regulations, and subdivision of land as well as specific proposed actions such as establishing a new industrial park, expanding a sports park, building a corporation yard, and expanding the solid waste transfer and recovery facility. Following is a description of the proposed program and project-specific actions that may occur with the implementation of this project. Programmatic actions to be analyzed in the EIR include: * General Plan Amendment * Rezoning * Tentative and Final Subdivision Map * Sunset Industrial Park * Sunset Sports Complex * Corporation Yard * Solid Waste Transfer and Recovery Station Expansion * Infrastructure Improvements * The City's Wastewater Treatment Plant * The Existing Solid Waste Transfer Facility
