Recontour 2 miles of unstable service road along the upper reaches of Bull Creek to restore natural surface hydrology. Remove four stream crossings. Remove 4 miles of secondary haul and skid roads in the watershed. Re-route along 1.5 miles of previously-constructed roads and construct 1 mile of new road.
