Document Description
Proposal to amend the general plan for 110 acres located north of Vaca Valley Parkway and west of Putah South Canal. The site is currently designated for Residential Estate development with a density range of .5 to 3 units per acre. The project includes designating 20 acres as Open Space, 20 acres as Business Park with uses being restricted to parking only and 70 acres for Residential Low Density (3.1 to 5 un/ac) development. On the 70 acres, a 229-lot single family home subdivision is proposed with 115 lots that will be zoned RL-6 (6,000 square foot minimum lot size) and 114 lots that will be zoned RL-10 (10,000 square foot minimum lot size). Three house plans are proposed for the RL-6 lots, which range in size from 1,733 sf to 2,231 sf. Four house plans are proposed for the RL-10 lots, which range in size from 2,121 sf to 3,085 sf. House plans feature three elevaton treatments with stucco and wood siding and concrete tile roofs.
