Document Description
Proposed Project consists of the Demolition of two existing restaurant facilities and construction of a single new restaurant facility at the Truckee River Outlet Parcel. The new restaurant (5,409 square feet) will be operated by a private concessionaire under a lease agreement with DPR. The existing parking in both locations will remain, except for the south side parking in the SR-89 ROW, which will be eliminated. The existing public restroom building in the park will be replaced with a new structure of the same capacity and picnic tables will be increased up to a maximum of 20 tables.
