Proposed new 20-year lease of 5.04 acres of California sovereign lands would allow Shore Terminals, LLC, to continue its marine oil terminal operations for vessel transfers of crude oil and petroleum products. The terminal enables transfers to on-land storage facilities approximately 2 miles east of the City of Martinez, south shore of Carquinez Strait, and approx. 1 mile east of the Benicia Bridge.
