Document Description
The modification of an existing joint wastewater system that serves an existing winery producing 30,000 gallons of wine per year including grape crushing, wine production, bottling and storage, wine tasting and tours (Cosentino Winery), and an existing 60 seat restaurant (Mustards Grill). The proposed project would modify the existing wastewater system by expanding the spray field an additional 0.8 acres (from 0.45 acres to 1.25 acres total), removing the center levee between the two ponds and replacing it with a synthetic baffle, and increasing the pond depth two feet (2') by using the center levee material with additional compacted fill materials as required. The proposed project also includes a tailwater collection system designed to remove any excess spray field irrigation.
