The proposed project is the subdivision of a 97-acre site into 18 commercial parcels and development of commercial and possibly industrial uses. The proposed project would be developed in two phases. The first phase would include 11 parcels with two retail anchor stores, a motel and other commercial uses. The second phase would include seven parcels, with two retail anchor stores, other commercial uses, and two parcels that could be developed as either commercial or industrial.
