The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, [Mr. John Condon representing the Trinity County Resource Conservation District]. The applicant proposes to do various fish habitat restoration projects on Barker Creek, a tributary to Hayfork Creek, Trinity County. The project will install an infiltration gallery, cistern and pump for irrigation purposes, replacing a seasonal gravel berm dam and open ditch water diversion.
