Document Description
A lot line adjustment (LLA) between three parcels to result in Parcels 1 and 3 of 5 acres and Parcel 2 of approximately 47.1 acres. The LLA will reconfigure existing parcels into a more manageable layout for current and future uses. A Zone Reclassification (ZR) into TPZ those lands zoned U within resulant Parcel 2. A ZR into Agricultural General with a 5 acre minimum parcel size (AG-B-5(5) those lands zoned TPZ and U within resultant Parcels 1 and 3. The LLA and ZR will result in a net gain of TPZ zoned land in a better management unit.
