Document Description
This project is one element of the work associated with the construction of a new Service and Fueling Facility for the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District. It entails the construction of a 48-inch diameter storm drain facility with an outfall into the San Lorenzo River. This new outfall will replace an existing outfall pipe and structure. The outfall is to be constructed on an upper river terrace that is about five feet above and fifty to sixty feet away from the current active channel of the river. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0178-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Frank Cheng / Santa Cruz Metropolitan District.
