Document Description
The project is the renewal of a lease to do maintenance dredging of aggregates in order to restore the initial capacity of Combie Reservoir. Leasee currently has all necessary Federal, State and local governmental permits. Leasee will continue to use a floating cutter-head dredge removing material from the cental part of the reservoir. The term of this lease is forty-five years with a minimum annual removal amount of 65,000 tons or 50,000 cubic yards.
