The Laguna County Sanitation District proposes to improve and maintain an existing creek crossing at an unnamed tributary to Orcutt (Solomon) Creek. The crossing would be approximately 30 feet wide and 50 feet long and be constructed by placing 2 to 4, 24-inch culverts in the creek and covering the culverts with soil. The existing main tributary width is approximately 4 feet wide.
