Document Description
The proposed project is the adoption of an amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Lakewood Redevelopment Project Area No. 2 in accordance with the standards of the CRL, Health and Safety Code Section 33000, et seq. The proposed project entails extending the time frame for establishing loans, advances and indebtedness for an additional five (5) years, extending the duration of the existing Redevelopment Plan and extending the receipt of property taxes and repayment of debt to the maximum time permitted by State law. The proposed project will not add new area to the Project Area.
