Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide 14.92 acres into four parcels with one remainder parcel for future single-family residential homes. The proposed project will be served by the Valley Center Union School District, the Escondido Union School District, the Valley Center Fire Protection District, and the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Driveways will be constructed to enable the parcels to take access directly off of Pauma Heights Road, an existing publicly maintained road. The project will require open space easements for protection of Southern Mixed Chaparral and riparian habitat over portions of all four lots and the remainder parcel.
