Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of multi-family faculty/staff rental units on 5.2 acres of undeveloped land. The first phase of faculty and staff housing will consist of 72 rental units configured as 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The units will range in size from 700 gross square feet for a 1- bedroom up to 1,450 gsf for the largest 3-bedroom. The project incorporates stormwater conveyance and retention structures.
