Document Description
Alter the streambed within Cottonwood Creek and Moonlight Creek, tributaries to the Pacific Ocean to accommodate the construction of an eight acre park including interpretive nature trails, play equipment, parking, tennis courts, a basketball court, picnic tables, a restroom facility and an on-site caretaker facility. A portion of Cottonwood Creek along the southern boundary is also being restored. Construction activity includes the creation of a six-foot deep sedimentation pond and the extension of an existing 96" RCP culvert. The project impacts 0.14 acre of streambed.
