The proposed project involves an amendment (the Third Amendment) to the Atlantic/Washington Redevelopment Project Area III Redevelopment Plan. The proposed project involves the extension of the twelve-year time limit on the commencement of eminent domain proceedings to acquire property for future redevelopment within the Project Area. The affected area, referred to as the Eminent Domain Expansion Area, consists of two areas (referred to herein as Eminent Domain Area 1 and Area 2) located in distinct areas within the Project Area totaling 3.55 acres.
