Document Description
The project, The 36 Lot Preferred Alternative, is the construction of 36 single family dwelling units on lots ranging in size from approximately 2 acres gross to 10 acres gross. The 36 custom home sites are designed to provide large view lots for the construction of semi-custom homes. Dedicated biological open space consists of a 210-acre open space lot and approximately 25 acres of open space on private lots.
