Document Description
Amendments to the Coastal Zoning Ordinance, Coastal Land Use Plan, Harbor/Civic Center Specific Plan and General Plan for the Harbor and Pier area. In accordance with PRC section 21157.1, the City Council finds that the amendments are within the scope of the project studied by the Heart of the City Master EIR certified by the City council on March 19, 2002, will have no additional significant effects on the environment that were not identified in that Master EIR and will require no new or additional mitigation measures or alternatives.
