Document Description
The project is a revitalization program for 355 acres of the City's harbor area. Re-use and reconfiguration of existing industrial lands (AES power plant), and commercial areas into commercial and residential areas are anticipated. Creation of a new redevelopment project area, revision of the local coastal plan, and entitlement of certain private development proposals are part of the environmental clearance for this project.
