Document Description
The project involves: 1) the fee title acquisition of 913 square feet of right-of-way for the installation of high-efficiency, state of the art water system booster equipment; and, 2) the removal of the existing water system booster facility equipment and possible quitclaiming of the existing 1,880 square feet of right-of-way. The new equipment will increase the efficiency of the water system. Operational constraints do not allow the installation of the new equipment in the location as the existing equipment, which results in the need to acquire additional right-of-way. However, the new equipment is configured in such a manner as to require less space, and the intended additional right-of-way will be less intrusive on the underlying property owner and be easier to access for maintenance purposes.
