The proposed project consists of the expansion/renovation of the existing Student Union (SU) building at Palomar College. A portion of the building (approximately 10,600 sf) would be demolished and 15,650 sf of new construction would be added. The new SU building(s) would be approximately 44,600 sf in size, a net increase of 5,060 sf (13%) over existing conditions.
