Establishment of a nature preserve at White Point Park to provide for passive recreation and educational opportunities, as well as protection of the sensitive biological species. The project includes land use improvements and establishments and restoration of native habitat. The planned land use improvements promote sustainability and integrity of the natural areas while providing for a mix of compatible passive recreation uses.
