Document Description
The project proposes to lease a 3,300 square-foot portion of a 34.18-acre parcel in the community of Julian. SBA proposes to construct and maintain a 60-foot high stealhed monopine structure for future placement of an antenna array. Up to four concrete pads (20 feet by 20 feet) will be located at the base of the tower within the leased compound to provide locations for future equipment cabinets for various telecommunications carriers. The entire lease area will be located within a fenced compound located along the western property boundary. The fence will be chain-link with a locking gate. Access to the site will be through an existing driveway to the property from Highway 78. The site will be unmanned; approximately one to four visits will be required per month for maintenance purposes. The Julian-Cuyamaca Fire Protection District will provide fire service.
