Document Description
The project site is located on approximately 1.92 acres of bluff top at the central eastern portion of the 11.1-acre Dan Blocker Beach. The project proposes to develop a parking area with a maximum of 30 parking spaces, park site amenities (including picnic tables, bench seating, potable drinking fountains, trash receptacles, anodized bluff hand railing, chemical toilets, and an aluminum ramp for beach access. The parking area would consist of decomposed granite and may be paved with asphalt in the future. Access to the parking area would be available from a driveway located off Pacific Coast Highway. Additionally, walkways would be constructed to connect the parking area with the park site amenities and access ramp.
