EA 4047V1 Add: I-15 Southbound Truck Descending Lane, widen 5 bridges, and replace 2 bridges. Install permanent tortoise fencing through critical tortoise habitat area. The project will result in impacts to desert tortoise (Gopherus agassizii), which is protected under the California Endangered Species Act, requiring issuance of a California Incidental Take Permit.
