Document Description
The proposed project is a Development Review permit (DR00-05) for the construction of a 23,586 square foot, tilt-up construction industrial building on a 1.69 acre site. The building would house the Nelson and Sons cabinet work business with a production area, storage, office space, and show room facilities. Site development includes the construction of a 6 to 8-foot high, solid wall along the north property line and 6-foot high solid wood fences along the east and west property lines. The proposed project includes a parking layout for approximately 62 parking spaces and landscaping of 14 percent of the site.
