The proposed project would result in the removal of two existing single family residences and the construction of a 3-story, 35-foot tall transit oriented mixed-use development on a 72,250 square foot lot. Total site development would include 106,659 square feet in two subterranean levels and three above-ground levels. Development would be structured around three courtyard areas. Major project components include: - 67 condominiums, apartments, and lofts (95,652 square feet total) - 6,584 square feet of retail space - A 324-space subterranean garage on 2 levels
