SAA R5-2001-0347 The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to construct four drainage facilities within the 489-acre Village 11 Sectional Planning Area as described by the Otay Ranch General Development Plan, three basins which will collect runoff from the Village 11 development, Hunte Parkway and portions of the Eastlake development and discharge the treated water into Salt Creek, a weir structure, and a maintenance access road.
