The project involves the consideration of a Specific Plan Amendment and Conceptual Tentative Maps for an 386.4 acre mixed use project. The project is designed in accordance with a village concept that includes residential, commercial, recreational and educational uses in a transit-oriented development. A total of 883 single family homes and 2,086 multi-family homes are proposed along with a private high school, elementary school, park, church, and commercial area. In the event that the private high school is not constructed, an additional 146 single-family homes could be built.
