Document Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) proposes to: Install a new water well that is adequately separated from a nearby septic system and to provide adequate water capacity to meet the Uniform Fire Code for buildings on the site. Update the water distribution system to the various buildings on the site in accordance with the Uniform Plumbing code. Remove overhead utility lines and replace with underground electrical service to improve the reliability of service on the site, remove overhead hazards and improve appearances. Install a septic to a more advantageous location and to meet Uniform Plumbing Code requirements. Connect waste lines from the existing trailer residences to the new septic tank. Perform additional site work, including patching of asphalt paving, concrete work, and four new site lighting poles and fixtures. Install a new floor hoist system at an existing maintenance building.
