The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) proposes to replace various utilities at the Owens Valley Conservation Camp located approximately 10 miles northwest of Bishop, in Inyo County. The replacements are needed to meet current standards of the Uniform Fire Code, Uniform Plumbing Code and to provide an adequate separation of a water well from a septic system on the site.
