Document Description
A Tentative Parcel Map proposing to divide a 612.33-acre site into seven minimum 80-acre parcels for agricultural use. One limited design variation and a development variation to the Land Division Ordinance to allow 40 foot wide on-site private access. This site is designated Map Code 8.3, 8.3-2.4 and 8.3-2.5 (Extensive Agriculture with areas of steep slope and hazard) on the Kern County Central General Plan and zoned A (Exclusive Agriculture) with areas designated FP (Floodplain) District. Domestic water is by individual wells; sewage by individual septic systems. No structures currently exist on the site. No portion of the site is within an Alquist - Priolo Earthquake fault zone. Site access is from Poso Flat road via Granite Road and Famoso Road from State Highway 65.
