Document Description
The project consists of a three-phase redevelopment-modernization project of an existing and fully operational 25-acre private school (grades K-12). Site improvements will include the demolition of 64,000 sf of existing facilities and approximately 132,500 sf of new construction. Site improvements will also include improvements to the internal driveway and parking lots; retrofit of an existing concrete drainage channel, and the construction of retaining walls up to 35' in height. The existing campus has an enrollment capacity of 1,300 students. This project will cap future enrollment to no more than 1.215 students.
