Document Description
The proposed development will be implemented over a 15-20 year period. Preliminary designs are based on three increments of project construction. Initial construction will require approximately 3 years to complete and will generally consist of on-site grading, infrastructure improvements and utilities development, reconfiguartion of existing parking areas, and construction of new parking lots, administration and middle school buildings, a cafeteria, and an aduitorium. The structures proposed for the upper school will be completed as part of the second increment, which is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2007. The third and final increment will include alteration to the primary and lower school as well as alterations to the western parking area and play field.
