Document Description
The California Conservation Corps proposes to construct a new satellite facility of approximately 48,600 square feet that would replace its existing satellite facility on the California State University Channel Islands campus. The proposed new facility would consist of an administration building, educational and recreational buildings, four residential buildings, a multi-purpose building, a hazardous materials storage building, and a warehouse. Additionally, development of the site would include about 60,000 square feet of paved surface for service and staging areas, walkways, driveways, and 50 parking spaces. The new facility would accommodate up to 104 corpsmembers and 35 employees.
