The proposed project would construct a new, approximately 48,600 square foot facility for the California Conservation Corps. The facility would consist of the following one-story buildings: four residential buildings, administration building, warehouse, hazardous materials storage building, multi-purpose building with kitchen/dining room, and educational and recreational buildings for approximately 104 corpsmembers and 35 staff.
