Conditional Use Permit No. C-01-063, which would authorize construction, permitting, and operation of a large-scale solid waste and recyclable material sorting, recovery, and transfer facility with buyback center for recyclable goods, and associated permitting by the Regional Water Quality Control Board for stormwater and wastewater, San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District Authority to construct and related permits, and solid waste facility permitting by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) and Fresno County Environmental Health. Concomitant with approval of this permit, the City of Fresno Nondisposal Facility Element is being revised per requirements of the Public Resources Code and the CIWMB.
