Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-159) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant Blythe Energy, LLC. The project consists of installation and operation of a natural gas pipeline which will cross the Colorado River between Ehrenberg, AZ and Blythe, CA. The staging area and directional drilling site will be located in the El Paso metering yard on the Arizona side. The pipeline will resurface on Riviera Drive in Blythe, adjacent to an agricultural area. Staging areas for entry and exit areas for the Colorado River crossing will be located outside the Colorado River and any associated riparian vegetation.
