Document Description
The operator proposes to remove approximately 1,482 cubic yards of aggregate from Tres Pinos Creek. The aggregate will be removed by backhoe from an approximately 200' x 100' area to a depth of two feet. This aggregate is being removed immediately downstream of a dip crossing along Southside Road to facilitate water flow in the stream. Work will be done when the stream is dry. No vegetation or soil will be disturbed by this project. This project is located in Section 20, Township 13 south, Range 6 east, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, downstream of the intersection of Southside Road and Tres Pinos Creek, San Benito County. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2000-0271 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Benjamin Lecari/Graniterock.
