Document Description
This project is located at the north end of Bert Drive in the Hollister Business Park on Santa Ana Creek, Assessor's Parcel Number # 51-14-17, County of San Benito. The project consists of the installation of 21 inch and 18 inch diameter storm drain outfalls in the existing bank of the creek. These storm drain outfalls are designed to carry runoff from two separate parking areas that have been built for a new 172,448 square foot industrial building. A total of approximately 40 square feet of rip-rap will be placed on the creek bank around the storm drain outfalls. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number #R3-2000-1157 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Operator, Tony Kubik/Milgard Family Limited Partnership.
