The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement #R2-607-00 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Gerald Barton of Ripon. The agreement pertains to construction of a storm drain outlet structure through the levee into the Stanislaus River floodplain for the Spring Creek Oaks subdivision and future Murphy Road development. The pipeline will require excavation, trenching and backfilling up to the outfall. The concrete outfall structure will include placement of rip-rap to dissipate flow.
