Document Description
The following project activities involve drafting water from the Noyo river, North fork Noyo River and their tributaries. Water will be used for dust abatement during the Timber Harvest Plan (1-00-383 MEN) and future timber operations in the area. The drafting locations are located near Northspur on Mendocino Redwood Company (MRC) property and accessed from either the appurtenant road (half mile east of Irmulco road) or Irmulco Road off Highway 20. This agreement will be amended to the existing Timber Harvest Plan (1-00-383 MEN). The Timber Harvest Plan (THP) map "MRC" Noyo Track THP Section 10: T18N; R15W; Northspur 7.5 minutes quadrangle USGS Map" specifically indicates the location at which the drafting will require the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
