Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks to : (1) mow/cut cattails and other aquatic emergent vegetation from the bed of the creek with the use of hand held tools, trimmers and hedgers, while leaving approximately one-foot or more of the vegetation above the waterline; (2) remove accumulated sediments adjacent to two bridges/walkways; (3) and to remove trash and non-native plant material from the stream.
