The proposed project would extend the Morro Creek box culvert outlet under Highway 41 at post mile 9.9. The project would require some streambed excavation, to be accomplished with a backhoe from atop the creek bank, to build the eight-foot extension and eight-foot long wingwalls. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2000-0802 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
