This property is located between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Orange Street next to the Union Pacific Railroad. The property is 103.52' x 267.06' (approximately 27.629 sq. ft. or .061 acres). The University is proposing to acquire the property and construct a surface parking lot. The lot will remain a temporary lot until such time as its final use is determined. The University needs to acquire the property to increase the availability of parking on campus.
