This property is located between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Orange Street next to the Union Pacific Railroad. The property is 103.52' x 267.06' (approximately 27.629 sq. ft. or .061 acres). The University is proposing to acquire the property and construct a surface parking lot. The lot will remain a temporary lot until such time as its final use is determined. The University needs to acquire the property to increase the availability of parking on campus.

The land area has been purchased by the University Foundation from the Union Pacific Railroad and will be leased to the University parking program with a purchase option.
