Document Description
This project is located on an unnamed tributary to the Salinas River at A-G 14 Road and consists of cutting a ramp down a hill above the unnamed tributary from an existing road on the property. The ramp road is also an old existing one and needs to be reopened. There will be some earth cutting, but the material will be used to fill a low spot and none of it should be side-cast or be placed where it can enter the tributary channel. Once the ramp is reopened, the Operator will be able to drive a drilling rig down to a flat alongside the tributary and drill a well. Some dirt fill will also be replaced over existing culverts under the main ranch road. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement #R3-2000-1137 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
