Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a 6,160 square foot automotive shop facility with a 5-bay working area, offices, restrooms, and each electrical lift capable of lifting 34,000 pounds. The project also includes a vehicle exhaust evacuation system, a separate area for properly vented metal fabrication and environmentally correct storage of automotive oils/greases with secondary containment. An area for environmentally safe parts cleaning with secondary containment will also be provided. The proposed automotive shop will also have a truck tractor with a bulldozer storage/work bay, and storage areas.
