Document Description
The Turlock Irrigation District (TID) and the Modesto Irrigation District (MID) have provided domestic water to the town of La Grange under a contractual obligation since 1921. TID has recently developed operational rules for the domestic water system that establish standards for connections to the system, authorize maintenance of the system, set forth billing and collection procedures, require water conservation, and adopt a service area boundary consistent with the area that has historically been served by the system.
