Document Description
The 10 to 15 foot wide eastern shoulder of the main service road, along the eastern boundary of the Reserve will be disced, graded and recontoured. Existing vegetation consists primarily of non-native invasive weeds that will be mechanically removed prior to the discing. The ground will be sprayed with a specialized herbicide to treat the Yellow Star Thistle infestation. The purpose of this project is to enhance the maintenance of the road and its shoulder, as well as treat the invasive weed populations along the eastern boundary of the Reserve.
